Tsiaras: OPEKEPE transfer to AADE ensures transparency in EU fund distribution

Minister of Rural Development and Food Kostas Tsiaras, in a statement to ERT, emphasised that the integration of the Greek Payment Authority of Common Agricultural Policy (OPEKEPE) into the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) will ensure the smooth flow of European funds and enhance oversight.

He noted that this move will enable the fair and fully transparent distribution of EU funds. Tsiaras also assured that all OPEKEPE staff will be transferred to AADE and will continue to carry out their respective duties.
