Menoudakos resigns as president of Data Protection Authority

The president of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority Konstantinos Menoudakos, has submitted his resignation, citing personal reasons

On the occasion of seven years since the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in conjunction with his resignation, Menoudakos held a press conference.

He stated that he had submitted his resignation on 26 March 2025, and that following the completion of the three-month notice period, his term at the Authority has now come to an end.
