Although the migratory flow has decreased drastically in recent months on the Mexico-United States border, it has been observed from the Mexican side that on the edge of the Bravo River (Rio Grande in the US) the Texas National Guard has continued to install barbed wire barricades on the dividing line between both countries, which poses a risk to migrants.  EPA/Luis Torres
