PASOK’s Androulakis: OECD exposes Government’s tax policy failures for families

PASOK-Movement for Change leader Nikos Androulakis, in an interview with Thessaly-based TRT television, stated that “ the OECD dismantles the government's narrative of reducing the tax burden on families with children.”

“ The wealthy under Mitsotakis’ government have become filthy rich, the middle class is shrinking due to rising costs, and the poor are in utter despair,” Androulakis said and added that, “ the OECD has irreparably exposed the government. Greece ranks among the three worst OECD countries in terms of tax treatment for families. We are 9% above the OECD average in family taxation, despite facing a severe demographic challenge.”
