Attiki Odos will not increase the toll rates

The board of Attiki Odos said that will not increase the toll rates as it had announced in June 2019, the company said on Wednesday.
On his part, Infrastructure and Transport Minister Costas Karamanlis made the following statement. "When Attiki Odos announced the toll increase we were in the opposition....We clarified that we disagree with the increase because it was socially unfair. We kept the same stance when we assumed the office and today we are satisfied to see that the Attiki Odos board will not implement the toll rate increase in the motorway. Our priority is the best of the citizen."
