BriQ Properties R.E.I.C. on Monday announced that the total value of its 28 properties amounted to 100.4 million euros according to the company’s Investment Schedule dated December 31, 2020. During the financial year 2020, the company invested a total amount of 41.1 million euros, as follows:

-It acquired six new properties amounting to 10.0 million euros

-It invested 3.7 million euros in the development and renovation of its portfolio

-It invested 3.5 million euros for the acquisition of 100 pct of the share capital of Plaza Hotel Skiathos S.A..

-It invested 23.9 million euros for the acquisition of 80 pct of the share capital of Sarmed Warehouses S.A..

As of December 31, 2020, the company’s total value of investments in properties and subsidiaries amounted to 102 million euros, recording a significant increase of 70 pct compared to the total value of 60 million of 22 properties owned on December 31, 2019.
