The four defendants accused in the execution-style killing of the 43-year-old Polish Berkeley professor have been temporarily detained.
The victim's ex-wife is currently awaiting a decision from the investigator and the prosecutor regarding the possibility of her own temporary detention.
After a lengthy apology process that began Monday morning, the investigator and prosecutor ruled that the 35-year-old shooter and his three foreign national accomplices should be sent to prison for the July 4 murder in Agia Paraskevi.
