Premier of China's State Council  Li Qiang is on a private visit to the island of Rhodes at the Aegean Sea. The Chinese government aircraft landed at “ Diagoras” Airport shortly after 15:00, where he was officially received by the Deputy Prime Minister Kostis Hatzidakis, the Governor of the South Aegean Giorgos Hatzimarkos, and the Mayor of Rhodes Alexander Basile Coliadis. 

Li Qiang visited the Palace of the Grand Master of Knights, where he was  toured by  Hatzidakis. Bilateral talks between the delegations of Greece and China will follow. Li Qiang durinig his visit to Rhodes is staying to Rhodes Palace Hotel. 

Chinese PM is scheduled to depart from Rhodes on Saturday morning.
