Tsoukalas: Marinakis 'blatantly associated the prime minister with the Avgenakis period'

Attacking Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Monday, main opposition PASOK-KINAL press spokesperson Kostas Tsoukalas said that "the country must rid itself as quickly as possible of his hypocrisy, ineptitude and his dangerous ignorance." Commenting on an interview given by government spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis to Real radio station, Tsoukalas said that he had "blatantly fully associated the prime minister with the Avgenakis period, saying that this was when the restructuring of OPEKEPE began."
Accusing Marinakis of trying to "paint black as white", Tsoukalas said that the citizens had drawn their own conclusions after six years about the "ND system of power, steeped in corruption and favours for party cronies" and that the pictures of Mitsotakis fraternising with the protagonists of the revealed dialogues "speaks for itself regarding the prime minister's views on managing the state as party spoils".
