Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis spoke on telephone with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz on Friday.

According to government sources, during the call that took place ahead of the NATO Summit at The Hague on Tuesday and Wednesday (June 24-25), and of the European Council on Thursday and Friday (June 26-27) in Brussels, the two leaders discussed issues of regional interest, with an emphasis on developments in the Middle East.
