In April 2025, the country recorded 2,256,607 arrivals and 7,007,060 overnight stays in hotel-type accommodation, campsites, and collective short-stay lodgings (rental rooms), marking an increase of 3.1% in arrivals and 3.7% in overnight stays compared to April 2024.
Specifically, according to the Hellenic Statistical Authority, foreign visitors saw a rise of 3.4% in arrivals and 3.9% in overnight stays. Domestic travelers experienced growth of 2.7% in arrivals and 3.1% in overnight stays. Foreign visitors contributed 64.8% of total arrivals and 73.7% of total overnight stays. The average length of stay across all accommodations was 3.1 days.
