Meetings between Greek and Turkish Deputy FMs on political dialogue and positive agenda

Deputy Foreign Minister Alexandra Papadopoulou met with her Turkish counterpart Mehmet Kemal Bozay in Istanbul on Thursday to discuss the political dialogue between Greece and Türkiye.
Papadopoulou and her Turkish counterpart discussed issues related to bilateral relations and reviewed developments since their last meeting. They also discussed recent developments at regional and international level.
On Friday, a Greek diplomatic mission led by Deputy FM Tasos Hatzivassiliou visited Ankara, where he also met with Deputy FM Bozay to discuss the positive agenda between the two countries.
The meetings were also held in preparation for the 6th High Cooperation Council, which is scheduled to take place in Türkiye. They were conducted in a positive atmosphere, with both sides reiterating their joint commitment to exploring further areas of bilateral and international cooperation.
