He estimated that the big picture of the opinion polls is that "there is an accumulated reaction to the government, which retains some strength but the vast majority has definitively turned its back on it."

Referring to statements by (Prime Minister Kyriakos) Mitsotakis and the Greek-Turkish issue, he noted: "It is not possible, on the one hand, to claim access to EU financial tools and on the other hand to threaten an EU country."
