Tsoukalas on major inequalities that face women at work

Main opposition PASOK-Movement for Change spokesperson Kostas Tsoukalas spoke of the major inequalities that face the women at the work on the occasion of the Mother's Day in an interview with SKAI on Sunday.
He noted in particular that "we have more women unemployed, underemployed and underpaid than their male counterparts. We now have one of the highest retirement thresholds for women in Europe after the changes made in previous years."
He stressed that we therefore need to look again at how to support mothers and working mothers, and underlined that for PASOK, regional development, demography and housing are very high on the agenda.
