DEF IX - Androulakis: PASOK will be second party after European Parliament elections in Greece

Opposition PASOK-KINAL leader Nikos Androulakis expressed his certainty during the 9th Delphi Economic Forum that the party will significantly increase its percentages in the European Parliamentary elections and secure the second position.
Androulakis called on voters to trust PASOK, emphasizing that the party will see a significant increase in percentages in the upcoming European elections. He underlined that this would send a strong political message that Greece requires a reliable, policy-based opposition rather than one based on "lifestyle", indirectly criticizing main opposition SYRIZA and smaller parties emerging on the path to the European elections.
The PASOK leader stressed that the promise made by ruling New Democracy and party leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis in 2019 to restore institutions harmed by the SYRIZA-ANEL coalition has not been fulfilled and wounds have not healed. He expressed the belief that PASOK is prepared to lead the country towards a new path, prioritizing the revival of the National Health System, improving primary education, addressing housing issues beyond just real estate growth, and focusing on the green transition.
