The Ministry of Culture continues to strengthen and promote modern Greek culture, with the implementation by the Hellenic Film Commission (HFC) of five new financial programs to strengthen Greek cinema, through the Recovery and Resilience Fund.

On February 13, the Greek Cypriot Council approved the financial support of the production of thirteen film projects with a total amount of 1,262,000 euros.

Deputy Minister of Culture, in charge of Contemporary Culture issues, Christos Dimas, told the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA-MPA): "Using resources from the Recovery and Resilience Fund, we are supporting thirteen domestic as well as international film productions with the total amount of 1,262,000 euros, which was approved on February 13. Our goal is both to strengthen domestic film producers and to attract producers from abroad, as well as to promote modern Greek culture worldwide."
