AΜΝΑ signs memorandum of cooperation with Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry

The Athens-Macedonian News Agency (AMNA) has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ACCI) for the promotion of entrepreneurship.
The memorandum was signed by the president of ACCI, Sofia Kounenaki Efraimoglou, and the president and general manager of AMNA, Emilios Perdikaris.
In particular, within the framework of the cooperation, AMNA will assume the role of "Media Partner" of the largest chamber of the country and the two bodies, among other things, will cooperate:
- for the promotion of the actions of ACCI and its member companies in the Greek and international media,
- for the information and training of ACCI members on communication and promotion issues,
- for the preparation and implementation of collaborations with European and international organizations, academic, research and technological institutions and public bodies, including the possibility of joint submission of proposals to European or other programs, aiming at their modernization and development.
Furthermore, AMNA will offer a discount on promotion, communication and publicity services to ACCI members.
"Our partnership with the Athens-Macedonian News Agency aspires to give greater visibility and momentum to Greek businesses. To convey the pulse of business activity to a wider domestic and international audience," Efraimoglou said in her speech.
The president also noted that this partnership "creates added value for ACCI members - and in particular for small and medium-sized enterprises, which are in greater need of guidance and support in communication matters.
In particular, within the framework of the cooperation, all member companies of the chamber gain more economical access to a series of promotion, communication and publicity services."
She added that "at the same time, we will jointly seek further possibilities for wider synergies in order to better promote the goals of both ACCI and AMNA.
I am optimistic that this partnership will be particularly creative and fruitful. With tangible benefits for businesses, for the economy and for the development of the country."
The president underlined that "by joining forces with the country's national news agency, we create, on the one hand, a strong communication channel that connects ACCI and its member businesses with important groups of people in Greece and all over the world and on the other hand, we facilitate the access of businesses to services with a critical role for their extroversion."
On his part, the president and general manager of the Athens-Macedonian News Agency, Emilios Perdikaris said: "The signing of the memorandum of cooperation with ACCI is an extremely important moment for the Agency, as it seals the agency's extroversion and strategic choice to collaborate with equally extroverted and dynamic organizations. This is more important as ACCI represents the most innovative and productive forces of the country. Of particular importance is the fact that the relationship between AMNA and ACCI, based on the cooperation memorandum, is bidirectional and not imbalanced. In particular, as far as AMNA is concerned, ACCI will now be our valuable advisor and ally in the effort to modernize our organization and familiarize it with the market and the modern economy, but also to potentially claim funds through European programs. Finally, the role of AMNA as 'Media Partner' of ACCI is not only limited to the publicity services it will provide to the members of the chamber or the journalistic coverage of its activities. The aim is to conduct joint information activities and events related to entrepreneurship and innovation."
