SYRIZA spokesperson Alexis Charitsis on Friday, referring to the bill on the asylum that was voted on Thursday in parliament, said that a comprehensive plan on the allocation of the refugees in Greece and the decongestion of the islands is necessary.
Charitsis underlined that "international organisations have painted with grim colours the government's stance on the refugees issue and have deplored the voted bill as it is against the international law and violates specific engagement assumed by Greece. The bill on the asylum is obsessive because it devastates the refugees' inalienable right to seek for asylum".
