First 'safe' estimate of election result at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday

AMNA--The first "safe" estimate of the result of Sunday's repeat general elections is expected to be released at around 9:30 on Sunday night, according the IT firm Singular Logic, which has been assigned the job of collecting and transmitting the results of voting throughout the country.
A total of 21 parties and coalitions and 58 independent candidates will be vying for seats in the 300-member unicameral parliament with 4,873 candidates, compared with 31 parties and coalitions and 52 independent candidates with a total of 6,500 candidates that ran in the inconclusive general elections on May 6.
